Keeping an Eye On "Our Boys"

I am not an NBA fan. But Salt Lake City, one of my favorite vacation destinations, is my team of choice. I half-watched most of the final game in their series with Golden State, and cheered as they move on to the Western Conference Final. Deron struggled with fouls and his shots, but had some very pretty assists. And, Dee provided some quality minutes to help out, complete with a burst of speed to break up a sure score.

The announcers mentioned their Illini connection several times -- great publicity for Bruce & Co. And it's still fun to cheer for our boys, even if they are way out west. Now, if we could just convince the Jazz to go orange...
