GO BEARS!!!

I know this is an Illini site but the University of Illinois and the Chicago Bears have a long history with each other dating back to Papa Bear Halas (The Bears colors are the same as Illinois' because of Halas) so I want to take just a minute to send out our congratlations to the NFC CHAMPION CHICAGO BEARS, who beat the New Orleans Saints 39-14 yesterday!!! Next stop: SUPER BOWL XLI in MIAMI!

The Bears opponent will be none other than the Indianapolis Colts, who defeated New England 38-34. For those of you who are familiar with Illinitalk and have looked at the links on the right hand side of the blog, you may have noticed that under the category of "Inspirational Pioneers," we have the Colts Couch Crew. Inspirational pioneers or not, all we have to say to them is "GO BEARS--BEAT THE COLTS!!!"
